How It Started

Cape Coral Title was established by local residents Lee D. Cumbie, Sr. and Brice Cumbie in 1991 and as has handled tens of thousands of Real Estate closings over the past 30+ years.

Co-founder Lee D. Cumbie, Sr. moved here in 1965 from the Tampa Bay area to create and manage the first title company in Cape Coral named Homeowners Title Company, which was owned by Gulf American Corporation - the original developers of Cape Coral.
