Full-time Title Processor:
Job duties include:
Ordering estoppels, surveys, payoffs.
Requesting and sending title documents to lenders.
Preparing and sending out closing documents to Sellers and Buyers.
Close out files, disburse closing funds and send completed bank packages to lenders.
Contact with clients and realtors to obtain information and give updates on files.
General office duties.
Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
2 plus years processing experience.
Experience with Closer's Choice software or ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
Self starter with the ability to organize and prioritize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Courteous and positive attitude towards clients and co-workers.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
