Cape Coral Title Insurance Agency (CCTI) was established by local residents Lee D. Cumbie, Sr. and Brice Cumbie in 1991 as a family owned business. CCTI has handled thousands of Real Estate Closings over the last 18 years.

Co-founder Lee D. Cumbie, Sr. moved here in 1965 from the Tampa Bay area to create and manage the first Title Company (Homeowners Title) on the Cape, which was owned by the original developers of Cape Coral, Gulf American Corporation.
